Welcome to San Diego Gas & Electric's (SDG&E) Home Energy Use Profile, your source for home energy information. We have a set of interactive tools you can use to analyze your personal energy use and costs. Here's what you'll need to complete a profile:

• One or more of your recent gas and electric bills
• About 25 minutes to answer a series of questions about your home's energy consumption.

Your customized profile will provide you with reliable information about the energy use and costs of each major appliance in your home, including the heating system. Your personal profile also will give you specific steps you can take to reduce your energy costs. When possible, your recommendations are linked to additional information in the Home Solutions Energy Library.
